Second Stage Housing

Providing safe 2nd stage transition housing for women and children in Nanaimo.

Haven Society’s second stage housing is operated in partnership with BC Housing. 

​

Haven Society provides on-site supports to residents such as advocacy, safety planning, life skill planning,  and tenancy resources. 

​

Units are offered for periods of six to 18 months and are intended to transition residents to independent, permanent housing.

​

This housing is subsidized by BC Housing. The costs are either 30% of your gross income, or your income assistance shelter portion.
